Pakistan Customs has detained 9,000 banned Boostin injections worth over Rs. 20 million at Islamabad International Airport.
Sources told ProPakistani that customs authorities have seized banned Boostin injections from passengers coming from Doha.
Information was received through credible sources about an attempt to smuggle foreign-origin Boostin Injections through flight no SV 726 from Jeddah to Islamabad.
During the clearance of an incoming flight from Doha, flight no. QR 632, a passenger residing in Lahore was found carrying banned items in his two checked luggage bags. He was intercepted at the arrival hall by customs staff, Muhammad Haroon and Muhammad Munir, and both bags were marked at the BHS scanning machine.
Upon examination of luggage in the presence of the accused, 9,000 Boostin injections of foreign origin were discovered in the passenger bags.
The accused could not provide any justification for the import of such items resultantly. The same were detained.
