Fatima Fertilizer Plans to Acquire Various Instruments of Agritech Limited

Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FATIMA) has decided to attempt procurement of various instruments of Agritech Limited i.e. Ordinary Shares, Convertible Preference Shares, Non-Convertible Preference Shares and Zero Coupon Bonds /Sukuks) held by banking and other financial institutional investors of Agritech. “We will keep reporting any significant developments in this regard and the Company will make further announcements as required under the PSX regulations,” the fertilizer maker informed the main bourse on Thursday. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing, producing, buying, selling, importing, and exporting fertilizers and chemicals. The company’s scrip at the bourse closed at Rs. 54, up 2.55 percent or Rs. 1.34 with 4.48 million shares on Thursday.
