The price of gold in Pakistan remained unchanged on Saturday after witnessing a major increase a day earlier.
The price of gold (24 carats) remained at Rs. 278,800, while the price of 10 grams also stayed at Rs. 239,026.
The price of 10 grams 22 karat gold stood at Friday’s level of Rs. 219,107.
Yesterday, the price of gold witnessed an increase of Rs. 2,000 per tola after prices in the international market fell to a three-week low on Thursday with investors piling into the US dollar after Donald Trump was elected US president.
The price of gold in the international market also remained unchanged at $2,683.
The price of per tola and 10 grams silver remained unchanged at Rs. 3,300 and Rs. 2,829.21, respectively.
