After completing survey details, the market rates of residential accommodation in various areas at Islamabad are as follows.  Similar surveys have been carried out in the other five cities. It is pertinent to mention here that there has been no change in rental ceilings since 2021 which forces the employees to contribute funds from their pockets to cover rent. Note: Actual revision in rates may vary from the survey results. However, a final decision in this regard is expected in the coming weeks.
