Pakistan ranks the most caring country in the world, according to a recent Ipsos survey.
Pakistan sits 30 points above the Islamic nations’ average. The survey highlights Pakistan’s traditional views on social roles, faith, and family values. It shows that around 80 percent of Pakistanis prioritize others’ needs over their own.
The survey revealed that Pakistanis have a strong attachment to personal success markers like possessions and career status and outrank China in valuing material accomplishments. All respondents in Pakistan view faith as integral, 4th highest in religious adherence.
Apart from traditional views persist, 82 percent of Pakistanis see women primarily as mothers and wives, 1st in traditional gender roles alongside countries like Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. Pakistan ranks among the top in valuing children as a societal duty, with nearly eight in ten respondents agreeing.
Only one-third of Pakistanis anticipate societal breakdown in their lifetime, unlike the two-thirds of Indians who expect such an outcome, showcasing Pakistan’s relative optimism about societal stability.
